This blogging thing.  Why? What drives people to share their thoughts every day. Or every week. Or every two weeks?  What is the point?  How many trillions of words are generated every day? So many words. So many people. So many stories. So many lives. Ah, 'tis but vanity....

The AI learning model is faulty. To continue, Love as a sense.

Love gives us insight to things we cannot know with our other senses.  We can 'feel' when someone loves us, if we let ourselves feel it. We can also 'feel' when others don't love us, although we rationalize and deny it in so many ways if we want to. Love can direct us to do things that don't necessarily make sense to the other 5 senses. But this is not some 'physical' sense that can easily be defined, as can Sight, Hearing, Taste, Touch, Smell. But there are those who are blind. Their eyes cannot 'see' the world. And those who are deaf; their ears cannot hear sound. Taste, Touch, Smell.....there are instances of people without these senses. So could there be people without the sense of Love? I believe there are.  And I believe there are many people who would believe the other 5 senses over their sense of Love, so might as well be Loveblind. We do not have common words (that I know of) for not being able to Smell or Taste or feel ...

Pandemic! - Part 1 - Review

I have to say that as Pandemics go, Part I was quite a roller-coaster ride.   Started off a bit slow, all the action a little distant, but then it got up close and personal pretty fast. The panic buying scenes were a bit over the top, I mean, would anyone REALLY buy all that TP? And this was only one of the instances I can think of where they stretched reality into the absurd. Parts of it were so cliched! Totally predictable and such an anti-climax when what you already knew would happen finally happened.   I think that was a problem in editing. Also the camera work left something to be desired. A lot of scenes were, to be frank, amatuerishly shot.   And the cast members' acting abilities were widely varied. Far too many bad actors.
